How are these cool t shirts made?
My Dead Pet T Shirts are printed on 4.3oz ringspun cotton shirts made in the USA by American Apparel. These are fashion fit shirts so if you like a looser fit, order the next size up. The artwork is a water based discharge ink. In this process instead of putting ink on the shirt, the discharge agent actually removes the shirt color and replaces it with another. This gives it a vintage look and each shirt is unique. After the first wash you will not even feel the image area.How do i care for my dead pet (T Shirt)?
For the longest life your My Dead Pet T Shirt should be washed inside out and in cold water. Air dry or if you have to in the dryer on a cool setting.These pets have been through enough. Care for them in the laundry.
What about refunds or exchanges?
We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, however we understand that you may need to return/exchange an item.Please send an email to sales@mydeadpet.com with subject: RETURN/EXCHANGE (order number) within 5 business days of item receipt. We will respond with an Approval Code number for you to include with your item(s).
We will gladly accept your return/exchange under the following considerations:
--Item tag must still be attached to item.
--Item must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition. This includes scents of perfume, cologne, or smoke, etc; deodorant or makeup stains; and/or any alterations to fit or style of item.
Returns: Please allow 10-15 business days from our receipt of the item for your refund of purchase price to appear in your account. A 15% Restocking Fee will be assessed on all returns.
Exchanges: Please include a note explaining reason for exchange and name and item number of the replacement item.
Shipping and Handling cannot be refunded. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from our location.
Do you ship to my country?
All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. Customs duties and taxes are assessed, generally, if the merchandise is dutiable and the value of the item is above the threshold set by the country's laws.These charges are normally due at the time of delivery; they are separate from the actual shipping charges processed by Surface Interval Clothing. The customer is responsible for all duties/taxes/customs charges.
If you refuse the shipment or refuse payment of any customs charges, we reserve the right to either bill your credit card or deduct the return shipping charges from any credit you may receive.
International customers are also responsible for return shipping charges any item(s) not allowed to be imported to your country.
